PDS Consulting Sdn. Bhd. is pleased to invite Malaysian companies to join the Malaysian delegation to the 2026 Changwon Business Matching with Overseas Big Buyers, taking place from 4 to 6 November 2026 in Changwon, South Korea.
The programme is hosted by Changwon Special City and organized by the Changwon Industry Promotion Agency (CWIP) and the Korea Electrotechnology Research Institute (KERI). It brings Malaysian companies face-to-face with export-ready Korean manufacturers in smart factory and automation, advanced machinery and future mobility, through pre-arranged one-to-one business meetings and on-site visits.

Programme Overview
- 4 November 2026 (Wed) – Arrival: Delegates arrive in Changwon and check in, followed by a visit to the Changwon Chrysanthemum Festival.
- 5 November 2026 (Thu) – Main Day: Pre-arranged one-to-one business matching with Korean companies at CECO, with interpreters provided.
- 6 November 2026 (Fri) – Site Visits & Departure: Optional on-site meetings and benchmarking visits by industry (for example, GMB Korea and KERI), followed by departure for Malaysia.
The programme may be adjusted by the organizer. Confirmed delegates will receive the final itinerary before departure.
Support for Selected Delegates

- Local transfers arranged in Korea
- Interpreters for your business meetings
Support is subject to the organizer’s terms and applies only to delegates whose participation has been confirmed.

- End users: factories planning to automate or upgrade their operations
Relevant sectors include smart manufacturing and industrial automation, robotics, advanced machinery and equipment, electrical and electronics, and automotive and mobility components.
How Selection Works

- Profile assessment: our team reviews each company’s business profile, sourcing interests and fit with the participating Korean companies.
- Organizer approval: shortlisted companies are submitted to the organizer for final approval.
- Confirmation: we contact approved companies directly with confirmation and travel arrangements.
Seats are limited. Submitting the form registers your interest but does not guarantee a place in the delegation. Complete and accurate information helps us assess your application quickly.
