PRODUCT FEATURES

  1. Elastic rubber, bolt and spring built-in collapses at an angle of about 20 degrees when  colliding. 
  2. It can be installed in pedestrian zone such as pedestrian crossing to secure pedestrian safety walking culture. 
  3. It is easy to replace the upper pipe when the upper pipe is damaged, when the shock absorber (injection cap) is broken, when the road is buried or when it is removed. 
  4. Various colors can be customized according to the environment.

BOLLARD CONSTRUCTION METHOD

1. Drill to a depth of 250mm with drilling drill. 
2. Pour concrete into place. 
3. Press the bollard in place of concrete pouring, fix it perpendicular to the floor, and cure it.

PRODUCT FEATURES

BOLLARD CONSTRUCTION METHOD

  1. Drill to a depth of 250mm with drilling drill. 
  2. In the center of the drilled hole, insert the auxiliary retaining peg in line with the rubber bolt cap. 
  3. Pour concrete into place. 
  4. Press the bollard in place of concrete pouring, fix it perpendicular to the floor, and Cure it.

KDC. Dongyang Metallurgy is a company who specialized in manufacture Nodulariser and Inoculant.  The company has founded in 1978 and partnership with Kusaka rare metal institute. DongYang Metallurgy Ind.Co.,Ltd is the one and only Korean manufacturer for Nodulariser and Inoculant. Main customers of the company are Kia Motors, Korea Cast Iron Pipe, Mando Halla company, Okamoto Co.,Ltd.

PDS Consulting is the sole distributor for DongYang Metallurgy Ind.Co.,Ltd. We had received order from local foundry in this year about total 15 tons of Nodulant and Inoculant. Our company would like to provide professional technical advice from the experience expertise in Korea. They will like to visit Malaysia assist and provide advice to those companies who having issue during casting process.

PRODUCT APPLICATION

Nodulant and inoculant is one of the alloy material used for ductile iron casting process.  Examples of ductile iron production are form of ductile iron pipe which used for water and sewer lines, automotive components and oil well pumps and etc.
