PDS Consulting to Lead ASEAN Buyers to Local Brand Fair 2025 in Gyeongju, Korea

Gyeongju, South Korea — November 20–22, 2025
PDS Consulting Sdn. Bhd. will facilitate the participation of selected buyers and distributors from Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia at the upcoming Local Brand Fair 2025, held at the Hwabaek International Convention Center (HICO) and across Gyeongju city.

 

This initiative aims to connect ASEAN distributors with Korea’s most promising local brands, fostering business opportunities through 1:1 B2B meetings, product showcases, and networking programs.

 

Hosted by HICO and GMEG and supported by major Korean ministries and corporations including NAVER, KAKAO, and DAANGN, the event is themed “Local X AI” — highlighting how Korean local industries are integrating innovation and culture into globally competitive products.

Participants will gain:​
  • Direct access to 80 exhibiting Korean companies across food, beauty, lifestyle, and tourism sectors.
  • Tailored 1:1 business matching sessions with potential partners.
  • Full travel support including airfare, accommodation, meals, and local transport.
 

The Local Brand Fair has grown into Korea’s largest local-specialized exhibition, welcoming over 4,000 visitors and facilitating significant trade opportunities for small and medium enterprises aiming for global expansion.

Malaysian Robotics Delegation to Participate in ROBOTWORLD 2025, Korea

 

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia — PDS Consulting will lead a business matching delegation of Malaysian robotics and automation companies to participate in ROBOTWORLD 2025, taking place from 5–8 November 2025 at KINTEX, Hall 1–2, Korea.

Hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and organized by KAR (Korea Association of Robot Industry), KIRIA (Korea Institute for Robot Industry Advancement), and ICROS (Institute of Control, Robotics and Systems), ROBOTWORLD is one of Asia’s most influential robotics exhibitions, gathering global leaders and innovators from across the industry.

About ROBOTWORLD 2025

The exhibition will feature a comprehensive showcase of Korea’s latest robotics technologies and smart solutions, covering product categories such as:

  • Industrial Robots

  • Professional and Personal Service Robots

  • AGV / AMR

  • Robot Parts and Components

  • Smart Manufacturing Solutions

  • Smart Applications and Software

  • Drones

In 2024, ROBOTWORLD attracted 347 exhibitors from 17 countries, occupied 895 booths, and recorded over 46,000 visitors, achieving a total trade volume of USD 99 million.

Our Initiative

Through this program, PDS Consulting aims to connect Malaysian importers, distributors, and technology partners directly with Korean robotics manufacturers. Participants will have the opportunity to explore new products, engage in 1:1 business meetings, and discuss potential partnerships in industrial automation and advanced robotics applications.

The delegation program includes support for travel, accommodation, meals, and local transport, ensuring a streamlined and productive business experience.
